Please go to your account page to update your shipping address. It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate shipping address on your account in a timely fashion before your next kit ships.
For special pause requests please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We need 5 days notice before the next shipping date to pause a kit delivery.
Any issues or errors with your Little Learner Kits order should be reported immediately by emailing customer service at email@example.com. We will then make the necessary corrections (at our discretion). Reported issues or errors will be accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date. Any reported damages outside of this time frame will not be replaced.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for returned kits, since they cannot be re-used. While we do not offer returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we love to hear your feedback, and we will work together to help alleviate any concerns you may have.
If you are unhappy with your subscription and would like to cancel before you have received all of your kits, please email email@example.com. You will be charged full price for each box you have received and credited back the difference.
We ship the first kit within 10 days of receiving the order. For multiple kit orders, all kits after the first kit of the subscription will ship 7 days prior to the birthday for next proceeding age range. For example, if you order a kit subscription when your child is 1 month old- you will receive a 0-3 month old kit within 10 days of your order, and then receive the 4-6 month kit right before your child’s 4 month birthday.
If you would like your first kit to arrive on a specific date, please email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date you would like the kit to arrive, and we will plan to ship the order 7 days prior. Please keep in mind we need at least 10 days’ notice to ship a kit.
Little Learner kits ship from Florida. Once your kit has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Should you notice your shipping address is incorrect after your box has shipped, you need to call Fed Ex at 1800-GoFedEx or USPS at 1800-AskUSPS to request a change of address. You can only do this once you have obtained your tracking number. If for some reason your box is returned to us due to a shipping error, you will have the option to get a credit to your subscription or have a replacement box shipped.
Our kits are designed for children aged 0-3 years old. Each quarterly kit is customized for your child's age with activities and products for a 3 month age range (0-3 months, 4-6 months, 7-9 months, etc).
